Telephoning is impossible to reach a human! After tons of frustration, the man you get tells untruths! About their inventory. Later, he needed to reverse his statements when he found inventory of a product that he denied carrying. Our family has experienced 2 different delivery guys. They are FANTASTIC. Folks in the office are almost impossible to reach. If you get a human on the phone, their are the opposite of "customer service!" Horrible, horrible, horrible company to conduct business!
