No. We currently only offer residential sectional installation and repair.
Once your technician arrives, your service time will typically range from 30 minutes to 1 hour. A garage door opener replacement will take 1-1 1/2 hours and a full garage door replacement can range between 3-5 hours depending on the size and level of difficulty.
We generally require a minimum deposit of $100 to cover the permitting application and process. The exception to this would be on special orders and colors. Once the permit is approved (usually within a few days) we will schedule the job and the balance would be due upon install.
We do not currently offer financing; however, we do accept all major credit cards and lay-a-way at 0% interest.
A permit is not required to service a garage door, opener or parts. Florida Building Code lists a full garage door replacement as a structural change to a home and therefore a permit is required; however, in most cases if you are not replacing all of your sections you may be exempt from this requirement. Having a permit is a protection for you as it serves to ensure that your new door will be properly inspected and approved to meet all local hurricane and windborne debris standards.
We are licensed to conduct business in both Flagler and St John's counties. A copy of our liability insurance is on file with these local municipalities and can be made available to you upon request to our office.
Yes. Many times we are able to troubleshoot your issue over the phone and can give you an approximate cost involved in repair or replacement. We try to utilize technology (pictures, FaceTime etc...) in order to determine the model/brand and determine what your garage door needs. If a house call is needed to diagnose the problem, we do not charge just to come out to the home unless we can fix the issue on the spot. We also offer free estimates on new doors and openers. Our consultation and sales can be conducted in person at your home, online or over the phone, according to your preference.
We are a service and installation company only. At this time, we do not retail garage doors, parts or accessories over the counter for the customer to install themselves. If you should need assistance on where to find parts to install yourself, feel free to call us and we can try to direct you.
