Really happy with my overall tire change. First time using Costco to buy and install 4 mid-suv tires. I was able to compare and price out what I wanted. Placed the order online and got a good price with estimated 7 days for delivery to local Costco for installation. They came in 2 days so I went online and rescheduled installation that weekend. Walked in for my appt 15 minutes early and there was no problems. Since they did have a few people reserve for the same time it was a first come first serve so showing up a few miserly put me in line first. I would suggest doing the same just so your not waiting too long after your apptwas made. I parked midway in the parking lot down the same isle infront of the tire center. They had me place a cone ontop of my car so the can find it. Decided to walk over to a shopping center to grab a bite. They took my number and said they will call when their done in about an hour. After eating I took a walk in Costco while grabbing a few items. By the time I was heading for checkout I got the call for pickup. It took only 45 minutes in total. I asked to keep 2 tires since they wernt bad just worn as backups. They were happy to place those 2 in plastic bags and put then in my car. It was easy a d convenient with a competitive price. Will definitely suggest to others and do again myself.

I had a flat tire and stol at the Costco tire center because was late and they was the only one open. When i got there, there was 3 persons " working" and I ask them if they will do my flat tire. They ask me what time is and it was 7 20 pm. The person In charge, I believe, said " I have an appointment at 7.30 and probably I will not do it. I ask him twice and respons was the same " probably not". Mention again that the other 2 persons was walking around the shop or looking on the phone. I when inside at the front desk and nobody there. Very disappointing. If I had 0 stars I will do it.
