Rude, slow, and incompetent. My wife and I ordered online to save time. Ordered ahead for a pickup at 7:55pm. Pulled in at 7:52 and checked in. Went through the whole thing and at 7:55 it says Melanie is on her way. Only she wasn't. We watched a tray set in the window for 15 minutes before they tried to serve us melted ice cream and soggy pickles. We refused the order. I never raised my voice, cursed, or was any way untoward and even thanked her when she left to fix the order. Apparently, she tells her dad that I was yelling and cursing at her. Never did any such thing. He then found it necessary to confront me at my car and proceed to yell and lecture me. I left. I called corporate and made a complaint; they said that they will refunded our money. I will not visit again until both either give me a personal apology or are fired.

Pulled in at 7:30. Figured out what I wanted and rang the button at 7:40. 5 minutes later they told me it was closed. So just beware that they have no consideration for your time nor care for you as a customer because my order is wrong half the time anyway. Worst sonic I’ve been to and unfortunately it’s in the town I live in.

Ordered three dill pickle burger's add bacon and tomato two orders of tater tots two orders pickle fries a# 12 which was chicken we got the honey bbq two Oreo Reese's peanut butter master shake's two rt 44 drinks coke and root beer and two wakey packs with hot dogs fries and milk the burgers two didn't have the dill pickles and no bacon and tomato only got one order of pickle fries no ranch at all the chicken was so hard it could not be eaten and the shake's one had a hole in cup so it was placed inside another cup no Oreos and no whipped topping or cherry the other had no Reese's or Oreos In it. So a 48.:::$$ Order was not completed and half was not able to be eaten. So disappointing because the only reason I went there was for the pickle fries and pickle burger and the Oreo Reese's peanut butter master shake and did not even get that not sure it's even worth a star and sonic used to have the best service and the best shakes. The person who took the order could not hear through the intercom they sent out a girl and she told the burgers and said he should be able to get the rest of the order for us.
