The poor lady at the counter was running the whole show. Took for ever to get out truck that we pre reserved which was pointless. The other custo.ers were dumber than rocks, which is why it took so long... welcome to everett... apperently their trailers get stolen alot.

I was charged TWICE for a truck that was completely out of gas. The paperwork they made me sign said the truck had half a tank and nobody in the office could answer my questions or give me reassurance that I will be reembursed for the gas that I put in. When I asked about the double charge, nobody would help me because nobody knew what they were doing. Terrible, rude customer service. And an absolute scam. They complained and didn’t answer my very obvious and reasonable questions and said “I don’t know what to tell you, but people are waiting in line”

I went to the U-Haul next to Sportys on Evergreen to get my propane tank refilled on a Friday at 6:30 p.m. as soon as I pulled in to the propane refill area a man from across the parking lot yelled " do you need propane" I said " yes", he quit doing what he was doing and came right over to help me, he was very pleasent to talk to and Informative , I was able to pay him with my debit card on the spot instead of having to go inside to pay, which saved me time and he gave me a answer sheet that was on propane, he knew what he was doing so everything went smooth and fast that's a bonus. A nice man named Daniel an employee at U-Haul gets an A+ for his excellent customer service quality. I will return to get my propane tank filled again. Thanks Daniel and U-Haul for your great service.

I have used this location in the past for truck and trailer rentals. Great staff always looking to help and very friendly. Their boxes and other packing items are great and very affordable. Lots of hitch and towing items available as well as installs.

I recommend booking with a different location, service and staff seem occupied in their own world to help or rent out equipment ... if you do make sure to photo document all equipment prior to departing their property ... every dent, scratch and deficiency otherwise EXPECT it to be billed to you even if it was long preexisting ... I wish I could say the incidental occurrence was a one off on my own personal experience however I have accompanied a few others that chose not to heed my advice only to verify that they as well got a lousy customer experience as well as an outrageous bill with surplus charges.
Don't waste time going to uhaul of Everett. Bunch of idiots that don't care if you stand in line for 3 hours even with a pre scheduled reservation. 5 people on the clock and only 1 helping customers. Worst customer service I've ever seen!
You can check out https://www.uhaul.com/Trailer-Hitches/ to see your towing capacity and can even make a reservation there if you decide to go that route.
Just make sure you know if they set your drop-off location for "only the place where you picked it up" . Ran In to some problems there.
Well unfortunately back when I was General Manager of this store you had the option to you could answer the phone or send it to the queue it doesn't work that way anymore, I do know that if you go to the store and get the General manager business card it will have a cell phone number you can call I hope this helps

Price of the tow dolly is 39.95 plus tax and the safe move coverage is always a good thing to take just in case something happens to the Dolly while you're using it
