Came from NC to NY. Purchased the all-inclusive for 4 on 11/4/22. the guest service was great from the time we stepped into the building. great format for young children, teens and ADA. Food and drinks were excellent. We got the salmon and filet steaks.

As has already been described many times, the location and view are simply fantastic, and the restaurant offers a wonderful setting for a lovely evening. The food selection is good and the prices are reasonable. The reservation worked perfectly, the staff was friendly. Where there is still a lack is in organization and service. At the beginning there was neither bread nor a greeting from the kitchen. When we had just eaten half of the starter, the main course was already served. As a result, the whole table was full and the main course was cold. In addition, there was no new cutlery for the main course. So there is still a lot of room for improvement here for top gastronomy. All in all, however, still recommendable.

ONE Dine is the ultimate special occasion place to eat. It is not just the food that you come for, but it is a complete experience with views that are simply unrivaled. We were met by host Kennedy who was very nice and helpful not just with us (we had no reservation and he did everything he could to make our experience great) but with others. Our server was Junnisha, and she gave us great recommendations for cocktails and food all while being fun and smiling. We enjoyed delicious cocktails special to ONE and the smoked salmon starter. Our entrees were burgers (delicious fries too!), filet mignon (yum) and the gnocchi mac and cheese. Had the apple dessert and the cheesecake and both were excellent. We would save up some money and come back for another special occasion - with a reservation next time!

The restaurant is integrated with the viewing platform. So in the walk through the plains you will automatically pass the restaurant .
No upgrade ticket is needed. The reservation is required for the restaurant, the bar is first come first serve. However, you need the standard ticket to gain the access.
Check out the rooftop at Bar Hugo. We stayed in the hotel just because of the rooftop Restaurant and Bar. Good food and drinks. Amazing skyline views on both sides of the hotel's rooftop.
I had 7PM Dinner appt - I was told that I had to purchase a ticket to go dine there. That sounds like a rip off for anyone considering I used to dine at the Windows on the World and I didn't have to buy a ticket. It was like a bait and switch - Even if you purchased a ticket for the observatory, you would still have to get in the massive line with the rest of the tourists. Of course, you can beat the line buy buying a pricier ticket for 2x the original price of the regular ticket (to Go to Dinner?) Seriously ? POOR MARKETING - POOR MANAGEMENT POOR SETUP
It feels like anything is fine. There are people dressed up for a nice dinner and tourists eating in shorts and t-shirts.
