Gave Hawk Environmental a call regarding an ongoing mold / leak problem in our master bathroom, seeking mold testing on surface and in air to assess the degree of the problem. The person was very upfront about what services they could provide but also the limitations - given that we knew the underlying problem and the fact that we were already contemplating a remodel / repair, the results might simply confirm what we already knew and not provide additional actionable information. I'm really impressed by how up front the technician I spoke with was and how clearly he explained the situation, and appreciative that he gave a suggestion as to how to proceed (not hiring them at the moment) based on my particular problem. I'll be looking to Hawk to do testing after we fix the leaks in our bathroom. Thank you for the help!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I recommend these guys 100%. Dan is extremely professional and knowledgeable, you can call and ask for info and he will answers all your questions without hesitation. Although I have to say that the whole staff as a team was a pleasure to deal with. Additionally, they are very affordable for what you get in the results report and they don't do mold remediation themselves so it is most definitely unbiased and strictly down to scientific facts.

Dan from Hawk Environment was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. He came out to take samples of my popcorn ceiling to test for asbestos. He said he would have the results the next day and he did. The report even contains a detailed floor plan I can use when requesting quotes for the asbestos removal. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing their services. I am so glad I hired them, well worth the money.

I contacted Hawk Environmental because I was having odor issues in my home. Previously I had other firms come to the house and was basically told, “I don’t smell anything.” I had also been told there was adequate ventilation. More than once it was suggested that any perceived odors were all in my head. Hawk Environmental tested my indoor air quality and found high levels of VOCs and carbon dioxide—clearly there was a problem and it wasn’t my imagination! Using data, rather than opinion, they were able to diagnose the problem and recommend remediation. They weren’t trying to sell me anything either, they offered solutions that were relatively low-cost and DIY. There's much more to my story than what I've shared here. I can tell you that Dan and Ben went above and beyond on my behalf. They are both professional and passionate about providing great customer service. I strongly recommend Hawk Environmental.
