Go anywhere else to rent a car. I had an appointment at 5 today and the man in charge would not let me get my reservation because he wanted to go home so badly. But why are there appointment at 5 if you can’t fulfill them? If you can’t work get a new job and stop whining. It’s called work for a reason. Will gladly bring my money somewhere else and get a rental for 2-3weeks. Just find a new job if you are miserable and can’t fulfill an already made sale. What a joke of a place

My daughter reserved a car in January and reserved it with her debit card She was given a confirmation number and when she went to pick it up she was told she needed a major cc. She was a bit young and did not realize she needed a cc. I went to help her and the person there was no help at all and extremely rude. So we left with no car and that night rented from enterprise that could not have been any easier. Will never rent from Hertz. Hertz Hurts.

Excellent price on the Jeep, easy rental. We forgot a pair of prescription sunglasses in the roof compartment. Called first thing the next day, the Jeep had been rented out. They had the shades waiting for us on their desk. Great service.

Good luck at this place. Very hit or miss. And if you have status, including Platinum, there's zero services available. When I asked if I could have my keys and go I was told to basically get back in line. You'll wait in a long line while everyone signs documents, runs credit cards and ask questions. It's only slightly better than the mess at SRQ so I am forced to use this location. Hertz has fallen such a long way. It's a shame.
