Great service, great food. Best Chinese food in skagit County. You won't be disappointed. The orange beef is very good, so is the walnut prawns. You got To have the pot stickers.

The General Tsos was more like sweet and sour, the Mongolian beef was mostly onions, and the "chicken" in their fried rice was very suspect. I used to like this place, but thier food quality has dropped significantly.

You are right
They reuse menus without cleaning them. Otherwise they require masks but they clearly do not enforce it.
Don't order the broccoli beef. Owner himself tasted said it was awful and still charged us.
