It seems we like to have a pizza dinner just about once a week. Pizza hut always pulls through for us. We have our favorites and love the consistency of the pizza from store to store as we travel a lot. Rarely disappoints, love the app so we can order ahead.

We ordered 3 medium pizzas a chicken Alfredo pasta dish an order of cinnabons a 2 liter of Pepsi and a side of garlic sauce which brought our total to 42.89. the only thing that was salvageable to consume was the soda. When our delivery guy pulled up they seemed to be in a rush as if trying to hurry back to their car and leave. Our pies were cold upon delivery as if they were sitting out for hours. The crust was rock hard and they had next to no sauce on them what's so ever.imagine eating a slice of cardboard and that's about right. I'm fuming upset because not only is it a school night and I have kids, but now I have to run to McDonald's in order to feed them, because I spent 15 mins longer then I should have had to trying to get the store to answer the phone in order to address the issue, and my have yet to feed them an edible dinner.

I would never recommend the 14th Street location in Bradenton. I ordered on line yesterday and right after I hit send to order I realized that I had made a mistake on my order. It took 7 minutes 48 seconds for my call to be answered, and when I made my request to delete the banana peppers and add extra cheese to both of my orders, the person answering the phone tried to tell me that since the banana peppers were on the side that it would not matter. I insisted that I did not want the banana peppers and would like to have extra cheese on both pizzas since it was the same price. Again I was told that it did not matter since the peppers were on the side and after I reiterated what I wanted and loudly said "I do now want the banana peppers" the person I was talking to said "I'll fix it!" and hung up. Even though I had requested contact-less pick up I went into the store to get my order to make sure it was correct. It was not. I had typed in half pepperoni for one of the pizzas and both of the pizzas had full pepperoni. Someone at the store said it was not on the order, and showed me the receipt which did not specify half pepperoni. I have no idea where my request disappeared to, but I did type it in. I was then offered a credit for the peppers and the extra cheese, and finally a credit for the pizza. I refused and left the store stating that I would find somewhere else to order pizza. I called back later to speak with the manager since the second pizza which had extra cheese added was under-cooked and cold. I was not offered any other incentive to return to the store and when I said I would be giving a bad review there was no concern from the manager and a very flippant attitude. I would also like to mention that the garlic Parmesan wings that were ordered and received were covered with cold garlic butter with Parmesan cheese mixed in and were not tossed as wings should be. There was just a clump of butter on top of the wings. As I said before, I will not be returning to this store and will not recommend it to others.

In you want your pizza kinda smashed, order it here. This was my first order from this store and quite possibly my last. There are plenty of other pizza choices in town so it'll be tough to dial their number again. I will give them points for a quick delivery and the pizza tasted good but it looks as if it was carried sideways or possibly dropped.
