I had a 12:15 pm appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early. I was told I would be back on the road at 1:30pm. This was for a tire rotation and tire repair. They never pulled the vehicle in for service. I wasted an hour and a half and never got waited on. What is the point of the appointment if you can't keep it? And don't even have the courtesy to say anything. Just leave me hanging. Pathetic Jose

I hate that the employees talk to women like they’re dumb, but I expect that from any auto-related shop. They filled up my low tires quickly and I went on my way.

Gene at the Chesterfield location was so helpful with my flat tire issue. I called the last half of the day hoping to get help after another place closer to home could not. He asked me to come right in an helped me himself. Unfortunately the tire was not able to be repaired but he jumped on getting me a new tire.

Strange. I called them last week and I was told they do wheel balancing. Guess that isnt the same thing. Lol
You will most likely be better off purchasing four tires as the tires will vary minutely by manufacturer, besides if you haggle with them you could get a deal on the fourth tire.
