Only got 1 star cause you cant rate with zero, Very rude and not very professional at all, I asked if a appointment was needed and the response was "most likely" 15 min later no one there and all the lights were off it wasn't even 1 yet on a Sunday will never go back ...bright side at least I didn't get a terrible haircut to match their professionalism

Walked in, after a few minutes the lady cutting hair must have finally figured I wasn’t going away and asked with a attitude do you have an appointment? I said no and she just went back to cutting a guys hair and ignored me. I looked at the appointment log on their desk next to the register, I should have just said I am the blank for 2 pm. Seriously Walmart is this truly the best you can get??????

I have an appointment today at 2:15 PM, I drive over 45 minutes to get here. I arrive early for my appointment, no one is here. No one. I wait until now 2:20 PM, the door is closed and locked on the Smart Style store. This is actually ridiculous to me. I have tried calling and no answer. I also see a sign stating they are closing at 3 pm today, but its not even 3 pm and they could have at least given me the courtesy of calling me and letting me know not to come. Feels inconsiderate to me.
