I normally have a 5 star service experience because Tom S has been my service rep since I bought my car. Tom S is the best. When I online chatted my difficulty at trying to schedule an appointment for a "check engine" issue, Colin called and scheduled me that week. I was under the impression that I was assigned to him. First impression he seemed over worked. In addition to the CE light concerns, I requested tire rotation and balancing and an alignment. After over 4hrs of waiting there I went to Colin's desk for an update and he called me by a different name and had no update. When, after waiting more than 7hrs there, and seeking Colin out for updates, a part was out of stock and to come back the following week to complete the CE light issue. As I was driving home my car pulled hard to the left as I braked. No test drive was done before I left the dealership. I immediately texted Colin. My husband and I felt we could wait to have it looked at when I bought my car back. It was looked at and no one knew what was wrong but said my car would be safe to drive. I dropped off and picked up my car on Thursday after it was worked on. Today, Monday, the hard pull to the left when braking is more pronounced than ever! I would like to come in ASAP, have a different mechanic look at my car and have Tom S as my service rep.
