Now one cannot just walk to the City Hall building to have any type of services or related with Plan Review among others and calling it is a complete waste of time. One wait for hours just listening the auto answering and after hour someone pick the phone and 100% time, they transfer to another department, and one has to keep waiting for hours and most the time nobody comes to answer the phone. Imagine calling them every day and suffering the same pain. Asking for one construction inspection now and waiting for days and calling the inspector number and his supervisor number and no one respond and leave message is just waste of time! as I am writing this review and my iphone is on waiting mood since 8:10 Am and now is 10;02 AM.
