Upon arrival the sign on the door said masks required so I put my mascon and I go in and there’s three people not wearing a mask and it’s not being enforced. The first two women that work there were kind of rude and was upset with me when I expressed that I wasn’t happy with some people not wearing a mask. So I waited outside and when I went in I asked the woman how come they’re not wearing masks she said we can’t force people to do it. And she proceeded to tell me that they now recently started testing for live Covid. I wish I knew that before I came in and they certainly can’t enforce it and they should considering it’s a medical business and they take all kinds of patients with low immune system‘s. That’s a lawsuit waiting to happen

Made appointment for wife, walked in and was out in 10 minutes, plus the person who drew her blood did a fantastic job because my wife is a super hard stick she really knows her job thank you

I usually have no problem with this location and the ones that have taken my blood are usually very friendly but today, 1/31/22 I had Craig and I find him rude and not very friendly. I know In future I will have to get more blood work done but I will make sure he is not the one taking it. I see in previous reviews I’m not the only one that has made a bad review against him. Maybe that’s telling you something.

The last 4 times I have been there the female staff has been rude. Today particularly a staff member named Monee , not sure because she didn't want to give me her name was extremely rude to me infront of all the other patients waiting. 4th time is enough. The world is troubled, the least we can do is be nice to each other. Will not choose Quest anymore.
