Yes its $12 but as long as you leave the old one then the fee is either taken off or refunded depending on if the new one is installed by walmart or if you change it yourself and then bring the old one in after.
Yes there is a Subway in this walmart is on the south side, which is the opposite side from the auto shop.
Ummm no you have to go to parts house for that the do th bare minimum for auto work
