We placed my dad into memory care in the fall of 2019. We wanted him to be in a safe environment where he could be well-cared for. Birchview has done an amazing job. They have taken really good care of my dad. They clearly bring heart and compassion to the job every day. I am so grateful he can be in a place that truly cares about him. During the CV-19 lockdown they have been innovative with virtual visits that have been a comfort to me, my family, and my dad.

When your loved one is in the hands of the folks at Birchview, you can trust they will be seen as special, have individual time spent with them, and that staff will work 24/7 with them as well as stay closely connected with you as family members. Special shout out to Beth, Activities Director, and her upbeat, caring manner, wonderful ideas, and helpful staff; al interacting so appropriately with the residents and having fun! We are so grateful Birchview was available when Mom needed specialized care!
