I can't say enough positive comments about the staff at this Holiday Inn. The staff is very friendly and will help out in any way possible. The staff is extremely reliable and make sure your stay is clean and comfortable. Thank you so much to all the staff at this Holiday Inn, Brooksville I-75 location.

Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and safe. Smelled nice. Towels were fluffy and bathroom nice size. Plenty of hot water. AC worked great. Bed was a cloud of heaven and you had your choice of pillows, down or fiberfill. Our room had a "cathedral ceiling." Very quiet even though we were next to the interstate. Only downside was morning continental breakfast lower quality. The room was everything we hoped for and staff excellent. Nice choice.

No hot water. Was not told at check in about this problem. When asked to speak to manager was told she is on her way. After waiting 30 minutes for the manager to not show was told oh she was here and left but we did not know. When asked what are you going to do about the bill all they could say was the manager is on her way. Asked where is maintenance. I was sent to other rooms to check for hot water by the front desk people as if that is my duty as a paying customer.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite in the hotel, the room was VERY clean, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were very kind and courteous. The lady at the breakfast bar made every effort to accommodate the guests. She was extremely personable and kept the area clean and sanitized. The pool and hot tub area were clean and well maintained. We had a very enjoyable experience.
