Yeah that customer service girl from “Maryland” need this be fired literally doesn’t have one oz of customer service in her body. Seems like she hates her life works for the same company I had questions about and she starts getting snotty and a attitude with me I don’t pay attention to it u til she starts swearing at me calling me rude when she started off answering with a sigh. I’ve been a manger for 3 years in retail and this is not how you’re suppose to show customer service. So either she needs to get retrained thoroughly or she just needs to get dropped as a employee because she really putting a bad reputation on this company and I have no problem with exploiting it. Thank you.
