You better know make model and serial number if you plan on getting something specific. Second time is a charm. I brought in the parts and they matched them up

Yeah customer service left a lot to be desired. After I asked for what I needed the clerk looked at me like I had 3 heads and was speaking weird. I was looking for the install brackets for a single eye slip in leaf spring set and the clerk finally responded with the remark they don't make those anymore. Then proceeded to tell me the lowest load rated stuff they had was for 7000 pound axels. Okay do you know anyplace that would be selling lower weight trailer parts. He couldn't even come up with anything other then a blank stare. Okay got it your establishment only caters to the big boy's. No problem.
