Don’t take delivery anymore！ so bad !

Been here 3 times before. Always a good experience. This last time however was a nightmare. I arrived the night before to assure a quick loading and checked in at 740am. After 4 hours in the dock I went to check the progress and was told loading would begin in 2 hours. After 6 hours in the dock the forklift driver came out and told me he "picked the wrong load" Other truck drivers were snickering that this loader was tweaking so hard. Even the Fed Ex walked past the waiting drivers and said "Somebody is still feeling the weekend" It was so obvious that we wondered how this company allows this? Jackety side jaw movements,, trembling, jonesing for cigarettes and almost catching himself on fire.. Losing a trailer seal under the forklift seat and then beating the forklift as if its the fault!! 🤣WOW. Just WOW!! I know things are rough maintaining and training employees...but this shouldn't be tolerated. It's a safety issue.
