Not good details on this last visit as one of our Furbabies had past. We took to Banfield to have him cremated. We have getting pet needs from PetSmart for years. Their staff are very knowledgeable and very nice they have great customer service.

This was my first visit to this location as we recently relocated. We were in the grooming area to get my dogs nails done and ears cleaned. They were having technical difficulties with the system but were very informative the entire time. And they took good care of my fur baby.

They have a lot of trainees in the grooming salon. If it is a small job, such as nail trimming, the trainee will do it. That's when the problem starts. I normally walked away instead of peeping through the window cling to make my pup feel more comfortable. The last time I picked him up, he appeared normal, until the next day, he started limping and trembling badly. I believed he was injured there, but I couldn't prove it. The vet gave him antibiotics and painkillers. I have zero confidence in them. Besides, the groomers are not particularly courteous.

Just witnessed the worst customer service and employee conduct in the grooming department. Two of the four groomers were yelling at crying, scared dogs. One groomer was physically aggressive pulling on the dog's leg. The "manager" just sat and did nothing to assist. Instead, just said, "forget about doing that dogs nails, he's not cooperating". To which the aggressive groomer replied, "I'm still charging the customer for it!" Disgusting behavior right in front of other customers. The manager gave me some excuse of a new policy about refusing service for my dog because of a heart murmur. He's been groomed all his life and several times at much nicer PetSmart Stores. Thanks for "refusing service" because after what I witnessed I would never leave my dog in your incompetent hands!! If I could give you zero stars I would!

I'm not sure sorry I take my sister I laws dog there for the vet and groomer and the only other animals I look at when I'm there are the kitties I'm a cat lover I go back next Tuesday on the 24th for Harry's grooming appointment I can look and see if I can find sum or I can just ask one of the employees
Yes inside PetSmart store located in the back of the store they have a pet hospital it's called Banfield Pet Hospital. They could probably help you with your sick ferret. I'm not an employee but I have been taking my dog for a few years now. No complaints they are very good what they do. I wish you the best with your ferret.
Call the store. This site is shoppers just like you.
I'm not sure if they have puppies, I know they have kittens you can adopt
No why? I just shopped around
Saturday
I have no idea you should probably call because it can depend on the dog and what needs to be done
Like the gentleman Billy Dillard stated, go to a shelter to rescue a animal, plus you'll know your animal has been completely checked out and given all necessary shots, plus most shelters will supply you with items to make the animals transfer to a new environment (your home) easier on the animal. Mat ( bedding) for animal, a few days supply of food, etc. etc.
No they don't :(
If they don't have them on hand they might be able to get them for you.
PetSmart has a great selection of small pets. However, to make sure you get what you want; give them a call. The Staff is very helpful.
Yes they do
Yes they do, as a matter of fact you used to have to call and outside Insurance Agency for all of their information about their different plans and prices but now you can actually go to any Banfield in a PetSmart and they will do a consult based on your animals age weight Etc as to what plan might be best for you and what options you have to pay for it and what it covers. Very informative and convenient way of doing things now. Hope this information helps you
If you're giving away a turtle they dont do that. They do sell turtles.
I'm not sure. I would call the store. Sorry I can't be of more help.
They sell a variety of cricket packs. They also allow you to bring in your own container and they will fill it for you. They aren't modified at all, though, so they will chirp.
There last time is tomorrow. Between 12 noon and 4 pm. Trinity
