ATM at this location doesn’t take cash deposits after hours. And if you are trying to withdraw money it says your card is not working when you have money in the bank. It’s ridiculous to have 5 or 6 atms and only 2 work after 8 pm. At this point I will have to look for another bank can’t deposit when you need to and can’t withdraw when you want to

The only thing to share the floors are always dirty. I spoke to the manager they never get any good results from the cleaner. I've seen dirty q tips on the floor week later still there.

Outstanding service & staff. Explained everything to me step by step just to be sure we were on the same page. Although I didn't approve for the rewards program I appreciate the time and effort to help apply for something I was told I qualified for but only to be disapproved after application submitted. On the upside, I have CAPITAL ONE. They offer perks are rewards for there customers such as survey winnings and more incentives to show how much they value their customers without intentionally causing a negative impact on there credit score. So looks like I win either way. When I win we all win. Lol

Why have only 2 tellers on a Saturday. Knowing this is one of the most busiest day when people only have time to come and do their banking activities. I have been banking with you guys for over 15 years and ever year I have been disappointed with the type of service you have shown to your loyal customers.
