This office never answers their phones, i’ve been calling to try to pay a bill that the online app was not allowing me to pay; I’ve left voicemails with no returned calls. I’ve called the office right at opening, multiple times the phone was not answered. This office focuses on trying to make sales (they don’t care if you need customer service assistance) but won’t even answer their phone lines. There was unauthorized changes made to my account without MY consent. These employees have biased opinions and treat certain customers worse than others. I had to get ahold of the Corporate office to let them know what kind of treatment Roz Bankston & Team have been providing to long term customers. So dissatisfied with the treatment and service at this location.
