Firstly , when my family and I checked into the room upon walking in we immediately seen a roach , so it is very likely there is more than one In the room. Not to mention, it was very very hot in the room. Then we were moved to the third floor and pretty much Came across bedbugs every night, keep in mind that I was there with my 9 month old son, luckily he was not bitten but I was Bitten all over it was ridiculous, especially behind my neck. My mother was there and she took a picture of it and showed me, I was very upset. The breakfast was decent. But I do recommend that they get automatic sliding doors going in and out, with my stroller, it was very frustrating and the people that work there would see you and will not bother to help, I never had to deal With this at any hotel that I stayed at. Thatβs why I rated La Quinta In Miami Lakes one star. π

This is always my hotel of choice for work trips to North Miami. Staff has always been friendly and prompt. Rooms have always been clean and well maintained. Enjoy sitting out front by the fountain in the evening. The hotel is located across the street from a shopping center that has many food options and a Winn-Dixie.

If you need a relatively inexpensive hotel this location wouldn't be my first choice. Being the first time I've stayed at a La Quinta I wasn't impressed by any of it. I wasn't comfortable with my wife and kids at this place. It was just a little suspect. No room service still blaming the pandemic. I had to make a parking spot because there was not enough parking.

I would NEVER stay here again!!! This place is in need of some major upkeep. From the lobby, I should have ran but we had just gotten off the room and the children were tired. We just wanted to get to bed. The lobby is run down and unclean. The carpet hallway leading to the rooms is heavily stained and FILTHY. There is a an odor! The room has a hole in the wall, water damage all along the wall with the AC unit, stains on the headboard, etc I could really go on and on. I donβt have to stay at the best hotel but I do expect a clean experience for $200 a night. I would NEVER EVER stay here again!!!

Yes there is a parking area in front of the hotel where its first come first serve but there is usually a lot of spaces available.
