Service sucked they ignored me for 20 minutes while I was waiting for my pick up order, they only gave us one instead of the two birds Dawgs we ordered, they messed up the sauce on all 30 wings and the fries were cold and stale. one of the wings still had feathers on it NEVER going back

I ordered lemon pepper wings and honey bbq wings, I must say I am so disappointed the lemon pepper wings are horrible it had some cream sauce on it which is disgusting, we didn’t receive our carrots, celery or ranch for the wings, my first experience eating here was bad but I decided to give them another try and I’m still upset I will never eat here again. So upset what a waste of money

So my oldest son asked if we could have BWW for dinner and since I had never had it before I was up for it… So disappointed… The boneless chicken were super dry and the “large” fry that costs $5 and change isn’t worth it, as you can see the box is barely half full… I bought Wing Stop next go round because I wanted my son to decide which was better and we agreed it was Wing Stop… Maybe you guys should take some pointers because their large fry was a large fry and it’s cheaper than yours… Their chicken was also better in flavor… I’m so turned off from the quality of food I received from that one location, I don’t even want to think of trying another location…
