Just for having an EXCELLENT STAFF I would give 5 stars to this hotel. Gladys, Jorge and Duncan at the front desk, Yasmin in the breakfast room and Joseph the assistant manager made a great impression for its great performance and professionalism. HOWEVER, the hotel needs a renovation, carpets and paint especially; and not knowing that it does not provide room maintenance services and that customers must request towels and toilet paper at the front desk was a negative surprise.

Positive: Its location is a plus for shopping Negative: Due to Covid preventive measures, s¿ they say, you are supposed to clean your own room, even though the staff does not wear any mask. Cleanliness is not the best Old hotel renewal is much needed. Old carpets.

Positive: Location was great Negative: The rooms had an odor, there was no housekeeping service. I had a 2 night stay and the second night my key was shut off. The carpets were dirty and smelled like pets - the hotel needs a good deep cleaning

Positive: Great location, always found parking, great staff, breakfast was good, quiet at night. Negative: The room might have been better swept and vacuumed, in particular the bathroom cleaner. The windows cleaner on the inside and outside. Other than that it was such a great room and the front office staff very nice.

Very outdated hotel....towels were very thin....as not impressed.
It can be transported in Uber. Or by taxi. And yes, the Sawgrass is near
