I used to use these cars when I was in college and the way their service has disintegrated is infuriating as a loyal customer. The past 2 times i’ve tried renting cars, the cars haven’t even been there. So I’ll spend $15 on an Uber to get to the location and there not be a car there. UNBELIEVABLE they need to fine people heavily when I have to wait 15+ mins for a car
