I was given my annual mammogram. The front desk employees were very kind an efficient. The gal who performed my mammogram was very professional and did an excellent job. I appreciate how the entire process was handled. I went there last year also. I would highly recommend them.!

I showed up at lunch time and was there until after 7PM. I was 1 of 4 patients at lunch time. I initially told the nurses and ER doctor that my OBGYN doctor was to be contacted with my results as she was at the hospital on-call (that's why I was sent there in the first place). She was never contacted with my results and I had to call her to come down to see me and explain what was going on. My blood and urine results took over 2 hours for the ER doctor to review and again she never reviewed them with my doctor as they told me would be done. NOT once was my pregnancy checked to make sure everything was okay even though the nurses and ER doctor knew I was pregnant. I mentioned this multiple time and was shrugged off. I was miss diagnosed (I was given a printout of information that the ER doctor entered explaining why I was emitted. This did not match the actual symptoms I came in for. My OBGYN disagreed with the diagnoses and told me to come in to her office the next day to do a full fetal scan and make sure everything was okay. I was told by the ER director I was wasting my time by coming to the ER when they did not find any issues after doing test and said I should go through a specialist. The ER director was also the one that went over the ER doctor's diagnosis with me because she left before coming back to go over her diagnosis with me. I have never had such poor service form a hospital ER department. I will never use this hospital ER again, much less go to any ER after this experience.

Dr. Hadair his Clinic is 7600 Fannin Suite 2600 right next to the hospital.
Above all else, we are committed to the care and improvement of human life. Our highly qualified team will provide professional, compassionate care before, during and after your procedure. If you require any assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to a member of our staff.
Yes, obviously they take your child for a few minutes to do the typical measurements and etc. You and baby will be taken to your room together. If you want to sleep for a little bit at night the nurses will take him to the nursery for however long you like.
3 if vaginal
From what I understand, yes. Worst case scenario, they also have rooms you can "rent" for $25 a night. With the uncomfortable couches and limited space. You may want to go that route.
What I know is that they receive insurance
We are here also. The doctors are very hit or miss personality wise.
Yes they accept TCH insurance
Hi..I went there with my daughter in law..her and my son are have a baby ..so I'm not sure
When I went it was for a appointment, but I did see people with other people, but I would call the hospital first to see how many they allow. Hope that helped.
In order for you to deliver at the woman's hospital of Texas your doctor has to have medical privileges.
Yes... but if I was u I would call you there to make sure... but yes
Come to the West Tower during the day and the Maternal Assessment Center in the East Tower at night.
For a list of our accepted insurance plans and to find a physician, please visit womanshospital.com.
You will have to call the hospital or your insurance to find that out. The rooms are private. I delivered last month.
Good afternoon, For non-COVID-19 patients, one 24-hour support person is allowed and two visitors are allowed from 6am - 9pm. For COVID-19 + patients, one support person and one visitor are allowed from 6am - 9 pm. Thank you!
Certified doulas are allowed. Certified doulas do not count as a support person as they are considered part of a patients’ care team. They will be required to show proof of their doula certification and follow the same screening processes as hospital employees and physicians and wear appropriate masking.

Hi Kimberly, At this time laboring mothers are allowed one support person throughout their stay and one visitor between the hours of 6am-6-pm.
I'm not sure about non insured patients. I would think they wouldn't deny anybody, but when I visited I had insurance.
Please visit our patient financial resource site here: https://womanshospital.com/patient-financial/
To safeguard our moms and those who care for them, laboring mothers are allowed one support person at this time. Support persons are required to complete a screening process and, as part of our universal masking policy, wear a mask in the hospital (a mask will be given to them during screening).
Lupita, here is a list of our participating health plans: https://womanshospital.com/account-management/participating-health-plans.dot
Hi Brittney, to safeguard moms, babies and those who care for them, laboring mothers are allowed one designated support person. Hi Ly, to safeguard moms, babies and those who care for them, laboring mothers are allowed one designated support person. Thank you.
While VBACs are dependent on the OB physician and patient, The Woman's Hospital of Texas has the on-site resources necessary to support the procedure.
For the safety of our patients and colleagues, we are currently allowing 1 support person for laboring mothers, NICU and Pediatric patients at this time. We appreciate your understanding.
I did. You go to recovery first then to a private room with baby.
Only a doctor can answer that question, sorry.
Yes, they have general surgeons that treat both women and men.
I would think so but if I was you I would call to see how much you need upfront.
Molina Healthcare is on our list of healthcare plans. You can always check for a current list of active healthcare plans on our website at https://womanshospital.com/account-management/participating-health-plans.dot.
No obla
Yes, our Gift Shop offers free, same day delivery. You can contact our Gift Shop at (713) 791-7194.
Parking is 12$ maximum per day but if you are staying long term they give you a monthly parking pass for free
The doctors are good.
They do actually! Ask to speak with a social worker about parking. They could offer you a parking pass. As for siblings it's more for their safety. Kids with the flu and other contagious illnesses are still coming into every hospital and whether your child might not have the flu, the patient next door could. And kids with the flu, meningitis, croup, ect can go downhill REAL quick. If siblings can avoid going to ANY hospital this time of year the better. It's best they stay with friends and/or family
