There is no requirement on number of classes. There is also no limit on adult Krav Maga or Kickboxing classes (kids and teens are twice a week).
Hi, Leilah. I'm Larry, the owner. If you're asking about the Kickboxing program, 14 and up is all in one class (because most of the training is on a bag). If you're asking about Krav Maga, our teen class is age 12-15 and it's 16+ for the adult class. I hope this helps. :)
