In 2019 English is at 9, Spanish is at 10:30 and noon. Meeting times will likely change/rotate in January 2020. As each congregation has its own office which is only staffed for a couple hours on Sunday, there isn't really a great phone number. I'd recommend searching for the church address on maps.churchofjesuschrist.org and it should have a phone number for the current bishop of each congregation.
