Going on 2 years with Trailwood! Great experience with wonderful mangment. They seem to be constantly making upgrades to the property, an any maintenance request are fullfilled within the day.

Been at this apartment for a year and honestly can’t wait for my lease to be finished next week. Throughout the year at least once a week our water is tuned off for 5+ Hours at a time for supposedly “maintenance” and “updating faucets on other apartments” At least this is what we were told by the property manager Jordan. like other reviewers say they only care about you till you sign the lease. Last month the whole back of our apartment had no power and this took a week for them to fix. The services that they make you pay for every month never happen. Was Never going to post a review but my water has literally been out for 3 days… Don’t sign a lease here. But hey at least we have mold and weeds growing from our roof :)

Worst apartments I have ever stayed in. Always fixing the boiler room so you are without hot water at least once a month and anytime the wind blows the power goes out. Can hear your neighbors through the walls and management does absolutely nothing since she can't hear it outside the apartment. Now I'm moving and they have applied the prorated rent and an entire month of rent on my balance. Then tells me I have to wait for it to be corrected. I also asked for my parking space to be removed since I am no longer living there and told me "sorry, it's your spot until your last day of the Lease".

Great hospitality, went to look and they explained everything clearly and to my best understanding. Anytime I had a question regarding anything, they replied with politeness and urgency. Great staff and people
