Today was his graduation, and pulling out of the parking lot he said, "Dad, I want to break my leg again, so I can go back to physical therapy". The patient’s copay depends on the person’s insurance and whether or not they have met their deductibles. Standard cash pay rate is $120 for the initial evaluation and $95 per visit after that. Individuals establish a plan of care with their therapist to determine how long the patient should stay in therapy.
The patient does not need a referral from their physician. They can call the clinic to schedule an appointment for PT.
