I had considered these apartments because it was so affordable & looked nice on the OUTSIDE.. but after actually having phone calls/emails with the staff and visting the apartments, I wouldn’t recommend anyone living here at all! In the beginning, I would try to call these apartments to get some more information on them & to try to see the inside… but rarely anyone answers the phone. On several occasions I would call & it seems like no one works there. I decided to email them and someone emailed back finally. I should have known these apartments were sketchy from the beginning but I insisted because of the price. I spoke to someone named Tiffany & Alex about wanting a 1 bd apt and was told to fill an application online on a certain unit and pay the fees. I did the application and told them about it & was told to wait to be approved. Not even 3 days pass and I get a voicemail saying there wasn’t any 1 bd apts available at all and was confused because I just spoke to them recently & was told there was some available. Basically, these ladies are running a scam & tried to scam me out of the application fee I payed for. I was told there was an error online & these apartments should have never been shown in the first place! When trying to contact them about my money back, I was given so much attitude over something that was their fault. How are you going to tell me to apply for something that was never there in the first place? The funny thing about it to is that if I never called them back about the money they would have kept it. These apartments are SKETCHY and will scam you out of your money. Not to mention the two ladies Alex & Tiffany working there, definitely need to be checked with their attitude & their customer service which is lacking.

Unfortunately I live here, and I don't feel safe at all, I panic when I go out because some neighbors have their dogs loose in the hallway, there is too much smell of marijuana, at midnight you can hear people fighting, beating and even gunshots, I wish it would go away soon the time not to renew the contract

Management here just does not care! There is literally the worst cockroach problem in any apartment I've ever lived in in my entire life. Management here doesn't care about the living conditions with the roaches they just allow it to happen and they don't actually come in and spray or do anything for any of the apartments it is pathetic. I cant wait to move out when the lease is done
