For being the one of the only "Fast Food" restaurants in the area it could do with some improvements. We waited 15 minutes for two Route 44 drinks on 10/30/22, seemed to be only one runner. Management, If you are short staffed and can't handle all the car stalls being full, why not block some to the extent that the few working employee can handle. They wouldn't feel overwhelmed and customers wouldn't be or leave mad after waiting so long. Ownership/Management needs to prioritize employee well-being and customer service over greed/short-term profits. It will pay off in the long run.
