Highly recommended!! We truly enjoyed our visit to the Starlight outdoor theater; a fun entertaining and memorable night. Good family fun! We come back every year to see their new productions for the summer. They rotate 4-5 plays/musicals during different nights each week.

We have enjoyed the Starlight Mountain Theatre over the last few years, but we have been very disappointed in the last two shows we watched, Cinderella and The Little Mermaid. Though both included clever theatrical elements and some good acting (although most of the main characters seemed much weaker than previous productions), both contained material that would not fall under the category of "wholesome family entertainment" if that is what you are expecting. They are sprinkled throughout with sensuality and rebelliousness toward parental authority, seemingly innocent on the surface, perhaps, but seeds are being planted. The Mermaid costumes were surprisingly revealing with no skin toned covering as usually found in theatrical costuming. Some of Ursula the witch's lines are very inappropriate for young children, and she and her eel cohorts are just plain creepy to kids, though funny to adults. Perhaps it is Disney's scripts that are to blame, and if that is the case, I would hope that the Starlight Mountain Theatre would be more discerning and reconsider their production choices and try harder to provide real "wholesome family entertainment" without all the garbage that we already get plenty of from tv, Prime, Netflix, and practically everywhere else. We need to say, "NO MORE!"! The family is under attack in this country. And it begins with corrupting and sexualizing our kids, very discreetly at first, then quite boldly as we are now seeing. For the thirty dollars a seat and the touting of themselves as "family entertainment" I would hope Starlight Mountain Theatre would do everything in its power to strengthen the family and not be a part of its destruction. As for me, sadly, I do not plan to patronize them again until they have eliminated these deceitfully destructive elements from their productions.

The setting is beautiful. The venue is unique. Wonderful performance of The Scarlet Pimpernel. Great first theater experience for our girls. Was saddened to hear of Ed's passing. A bright, beaming example of the beauty of the theater …

Yeah just stop by the box office next to the theater before your show
"All tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged for different dates only if new tickets of equal value are available and only if the Box Office is given at least 48 hours notice. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. A $3 service fee will be charged for each ticket successfully exchanged. Once purchased, all tickets are non-refundable." -taken from their website
To my knowledge , they open the day of performances. Like around 4pm or so,!
Phone Starlight Mountain Theater they usually have tickets available
Yeah I think you get 1 of 2 sizzler options otgerwise there is a restaurant across the street
They take cards for tickets. And you can buy food at the concession stands. Which are staffed by the actors. Which is neat or pre order a dinner at the theater
Google it. They have a website that lists their schedule and a phone number you can call. They are really easy to work with.
You can but most all of the shows are sold out ahead of time.
