Ordered a 3 topping pizza 11.50$ there was barely a bite of topping per slice. Never have I seen such rationing. Pizza's cost 1.00 $ in material. I paid 11.50 for less than a 1/4 of digiorno's quality

I ordered two $6 pepperoni extra most bestest pizzas and tried to make one of them a meal which was just too much for the cashier. Another young man told him that you could only do that ordering online which apparently they value way more than people that come into the store. I finally just ordered crazy bread instead of making one of the pizzas a meal. Now they were very busy and I understand that, but I stood there in the store waiting on my order for at the least 30 minutes. People that came into the store after me got their food before I did and I watched them bring their pizzas out of the oven which tells me that they made them to order seeing they had two big online orders while I was there. Those big orders went out as they should have seeing they were ordered before I got there. My first pizza came out of the oven about 15 minutes after I ordered and it sat on the counter getting cold for twenty minutes at which time the manager told the young man to put it in the warmer. About ten minutes or so later my other pizza came out of the oven and they put it in the box and got my cold pizza out of the warmer. They got my crazy bread and didn't give me my red sauce that is supposed to go with it. I asked for my sauce and the young man just stood there and looked at me like he didn't know what I was talking about. Then I explained it to him that it was the red marinara sauce at which time he finally figured it out. I also ordered four jalapeno cheddar cheese sauces and two garlic butter sauces. Of course I didn't get my two butter sauces. One good thing I can say about this visit is that I got one hot and fresh pizza. I'm pretty sure that now on my commute home I will be getting my pizzas from Domino's or Papa John's seeing I can just as easily drive by them as well. It's not that hard to convince me that they don't want my business. Their actions more than proved that.

My family and I have been loyal customers of our local Little Caesar's in Kingston, TN. Last night we ordered one of the stuffed crust pizzas that are currently being advertised. The teenage boy who took the order failed to inform me that a "Meat Lovers" stuffed crust pizza wasn't a regular menu item and it would be SUBSTANTIALLY more than a stuffed crust pizza that was a menu item. We were charged $25 for ONE pizza!! In addition to being overcharged to begin with, I was charged a second time for sauce, cheese and pepperoni which should have been included in the base price for a stuffed crust pizza. I immediately called the store and asked to speak with the manager. The same teenager that took my order said he was the store manager and there was no one above hm unless I contacted the corporate office, which I did this morning and am waiting for a call back from the store owner and district manager. I find out this morning that young man wasn't the store manager, however she was standing right beside him last night and allowed him to lie to me. She also allowed him to be very rude and disrespectful of me. My family drives right past Domino's and Pappa John's to go to Little Caesar's. I realize it's very hard to hire help right now, but if disciplinary action is taken Little Caesar's has lost my business as well as my extended family and friends.
