Car had to essentially get repainted due to vandalism and also had to get warranty work done. Brian and Joe did amazing work. Car came back looking so much better than I thought; will be recommending them to those I know that need work done.

I have a Tesla Model 3 that ate a golf ball at 90 smack in my line of site. USAA uses Safelite Autoglass and Caliber Collision for repairs. I reached out to Safelite whom stated USAA declined OEM glass for an additional $3.41 Safelite would acquire one, see you at Christmas was last word. Reached out to Tesla to see if they replace windshields? They don’t, they outsource to Fetzner. I reach out and get Ryan whom says he could easily get it done sooner. I bring it in, and Brian Fetzner is like uhhh yeah, you’re not driving this; it’s too unsafe. Glad you think so, Safelite was like enjoy the next three months. Guess what?! I brought it in on a Tuesday, it was in my garage Monday night, windshield replaced with OEM, interior cleaned from mess made doing replacement, smelled great! Would I use them again, absolutely!! Am I glad I picked the phone; and then some. Thank you all for getting my car back sooner than the majority! Also pet lovers if your fur ball is friendly, welcome in showroom.

Fetzner Collision is a first rate, highly professional repair shop! My 2021Tesla Model Y had a damaged front bumper and Fetzner restored it to brand new condition. They work seamlessly with the insurance company and their estimate was transparent and accurate. The owner and team are friendly and responsive. When I picked up the vehicle the interior was also detailed to brand new condition--a nice for sure. A great place for Tesla repairs and I''m sure for other vehicles too.
