Good evening, All of the units here are owned individually. The only way to found out if a unit is available is by checking crigslist ads from the owners, driving through the community looking for a for rent sign or the board right next to the HOA office has ads for units that are for rent. You will just call that owner make an appoinment with them and they will discuss how they do leasing. Please let us know if you have any other questions
Simply type in the address to Richland Trace condominiums and it will refer you to different realtors because they are individually owned and enter that information into the web
It's best to go to the leasing office and get in touch with them
They're privately owned. There an office in the front that could probably assist you.
