Any evening I go in they are busy but ALWAYS make sure I am finding what I need.This afternoon I walk in and three employees are working 1 on the phone and 2 chatting each other up. I walked around for 30 min passing the same employees multiple times as they put away stock. (Once the lady said Hi. ) When she did finally come ask if I needed help I was on Google looking for the info I needed. I explained what I was looking for and she said ok and walked away. NO I did not look up from my phone with should I at that point. Tell her I need parts during the day before second shift is in Auto Zone, I'll head to Advance Auto.
