This is the second time that my children had dentist appointments at this facility and I took them out of school just to come to a closed office. I don't understand how I have to verify my appointment but these people dnt have to let m know they're closed. Like why would you make an appointment on a closed day. #Livid

Well the dentist lady was very rude. They. Suggest a root canal for a 5 year old when they could have put a cap on it. My son was screaming 😱 in pain and weeks had to deal with sliver covers over his teeth. I was very un happy. With the treatment of. The ladies a front desk. Had no type of professionalism The place needs work on. Making parents feel comfortable. With having kids come there.

I needed a consult for my 5yr old who needs some work done. We’re new to the area and I was happy they got me in quick due to a cancellation since all other dentists are booked until March 2023. However, it was a waste and I won’t be back. The dentist spent all of thirty seconds with my daughter and called out to the hygienist the problem teeth so fast she couldn’t even write it down. The dentist said they would write it later. I thought the dentist would be back to explain a treatment plan but nothing. It was like whiplash how fast the dentist was in and out and no explanation. As I check out the receptionist tells me to schedule 6m cleaning and I was good otherwise. Then the hygienist runs out to explain my daughter needs work done for xyz and to schedule that. She seemed confused as nothing was noted to schedule. I asked what is she even having done because nothing was explained - I have questions and concerns, want to know options, etc. Also concerned they won’t even have the right plan because she couldn’t write fast enough for what the dentist was saying and they did not take any X-rays. No way will I be back to this practice.

My special needs son is treated so well by the entire staff. The patience they provide is amazing and it makes me grateful that my son is taken care of by them. They address my concerns and always get him to smile. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you!
