Quality of the chu-toro, salmon, and salmon belly was surprisingly good! Black cod was great, unagi was good. Service was my bad. Overall, gotta say I’m impressed at the quality of the fish, being that it’s a belt style.

Its good. Value belt has fresh stuff. Missing a star as i dint feel the selection is enough on the belt. Have never ordered from the menu. I find about 4-6 belt plates is perfect setup for large bucket of popcorn across the street afterwards. Great for pair or solo dining before a movie. Over 3 and there is generally a wait whenever we visit.

Came back here after they remodeled and wanted to see what is up with all the reviews saying they changed or how their quality depreciated. I always come to Tengu to get affordable decent sushi on a conveyer belt. They still deliver that decent quality fish for the price you are paying for. Yes, some menu items here and there changed but it is still Tengu at its core. Yes, the hot food items changed but there are also new additions. I love how they offered so much more options in terms of sushi sets you wanna ordered. You can get like 8 or 6 pieces of the belt items in bulk or can just get it directly from the belt in reduced quantities. I love how we can also ask the chef to seared any type of fish that we wanted. Would be coming back to Tengu for sure since they don't break your wallet when compared to other conveyer belt sushi places in the Seattle/Bellevue area while you still get decent quality fish. Compared to Sushi Me Tengu isn't as expensive or they don't give you out small cuts of fish and pieces like they do at Kura. I love Tengu for still being affordable and their great service. Also, remodeling is a plus since the interior is much more spacious and cleaner than before.

A little pricey but not too bad. I was hoping for slightly larger portions. Some of the rolls were not tightly rolled and looked like they were falling apart. No uni, scallops, escolar here. Chicken katsu was pretty good but portion was small. No complaints about the service.
