Nice Planet Fitness. Modern equipment, well maintained. Friendly staff. Clean and functional changing rooms, lockers and showers clean and also nice amenities. :)

Great clean facility... used to have wonderful staff. Now with the two snotty brunette girls behind the counter, there is zero point to having a black card since they refuse to give you coins for the massage chairs, insist you come beg for every service with a rudeness I have not been subjected to before. I hate going now because it's a roulette wheel of whether it will be great or totally ruin my day. I wish the phone number wasn't just the front desk but rather someone who cared.

The male I just spoke to on the phone was very rude! I called with questions on how to transfer my gym membership bc we no longer live in town. I also had a few other concerns that I was hoping to get assistance on or directed to the right person. Instead of listening to my questions and politely explaining; I was barked at, spoken over and talked down to. He needs training on professionalism or just to never be allowed to answer the phone. TERRIBLE customer service! If you hate your job that much find somewhere else to work instead of taking it out on others. 👎🏾
