The staff was friendly, but seemingly disorganized and maybe a bit overwhelmed. I ordered an omelet and a cappuccino. I received only the cappuccino. After asking twice about my food and being assured it was being made only once, I didn’t have a choice but to just leave without my food. As the place filled with people, more and more the people seemed to become restless due to the turnaround time for their order. The establishment may be understaffed but if they’re going to remain open, that’s really not an excuse. I gave two stars simply for receiving a hot drink even though it wasn’t anything spectacular.

I would have scored it a 1, but the location and ambience were good. I paid $5 for 1/2 cup of what was supposed to be pumpkin coffee. Had to ask them to fill the cup up. No pumpkin flavor at all.
