Unfortunately, you cannot give 0 stars. I placed the order at 2:55. I called the store and was told my order was next to be delivered. They must have flipped a status change after that to make it appear that it was being delivered; it still took an additional 21 minutes from the original call to arrive. Our office is maybe 1/4 of a mile from the store. My order finally showed up at 3:40, and it's a wet soggy mess. I understand that they might be short-handed for delivery drivers; In that situation, you should either not charge $3.99 for delivery + tip and / or you should throw in a coupon for a 1/2 sandwich or heck even a cookie, etc as a token of failing to deliver a "Freaky fast" quality sandwich. Or.... if you do not have drivers to keep up with the demand... grey out the option so that your customers do not have a terrible experience and put a note that due to volume and / or lack of staffing we are unable to provide delivery at this time. That or you subcontract out the delivery to doordash when you cannot meet the demand and you transfer them the $4.00 fee and whatever tip was paid. Final thoughts.. if I order a $20.00 lunch that you do not intend to deliver for 40 minutes. Do not make the sandwich until it's minutes away from being sent out for delivery. This way my sandwich will not look like it went through a freaky fast carwash, or be a sloppy soggy inedible mess.

My sub was EXCELLENT!!! the young man at the counter must be new!! He couldn't get my order right, Luckily the the guy that made my sub was listening and MADE MY SUB CORRECT!!!!

Ordered sandwich, chips & drink for delivery. I call back after 40 minutes and the same guy I placed order with originally answered phone. When I ask about status of order, he advised the person I placed the order with never turned in the order. Really?
