Horrible company ran by a corporate office out of Live Oak near San Antonio. Don’t take it out on the local employees. It is all on the corporate office being greedy hungry. They only care about money and not the customer service. I’ll be closing this account soon and going to another local credit union!

The bank denied physical entrance to the bank and made me go into the drive through area for a standard deposit. I believe they only have 1 person working all the deposit stations because it took about 45 minutes. This change made the deposit more difficult and the contact is the same because the suction tubes have to be physically opened. This process does not help against COVID at all. It's the same amount of contact for not reason and significantly slower.

In the beginning, when you are opening your accounts and loans, they are terrific. Friendly. Want your money. But when they make a mistake, no responsibility is taken and nothing is fixed. I just left the branch where I heard the manager tell the person next me it wasn't their fault for something, it was her other bank's. The manager then moved down the line and gave me the same story. "Not our fault". There is no customer service anymore. I'll be leaving and going elsewhere.
