I'm not quite sure. I do know that in order to carry insurance with Geico, they require that you sign up for automatic draft. Perhaps your initial sign up you can use cash tho. Hope it helps a little. :)

Call them and cancel it. But you need to have another policy in place before you do that. Make no mistake they have no choice but to cancel and if you want to make sure they do it. Go to the local office and do it IN WRITING DEMAND YOUR REFUND

What the house is sold for is not an issue. What is insured for is usually different from the market value. But go by and get a quote.
