Horrible company to work for or be a client of. Supervisors do not care the quality of work being done as long as clients does not complain and tickets are being completed. Even if the client does complain it just gets looped around in a circle of managers and complaint lines that endlessly goes nowhere. My last Supervisor would send out emails to basically look good to her account manager, but none of them were sincere. She would always make it out to we were the problem and not her and say things like make sure we were following the steps and to send any concerns or questions we might have up to her. She never addressed either and in my opinion was simply making it look like she was doing her job and had structured her team to make it appear so as well. My honest opinion is that a client is lucky 25 to 50 percent of what clients actually pay for to get done gets done. Dedicated teams are the worst bc the game is to make ourselves look relevant and less on the actual work itself so much so it becomes the primary focus. But less Dedicated teams like Srt your really lucky if 10 percent of the work is getting done or done right. I've followed up reps in too many areas or filled in and in some none of the work had completed but we were up to date on mplans. The worst scenario on srt is being sent out to do multi rep tickets considering the work force generally has no on the job training. Overall pay on that specific team is minimum wage and as little as they can pay you for mileage. Other teams its better pay but you still have a more intrusive circus were nonetheless nobody really cares they just want the paycheck. My last point would be recruiting, they absolutely do not care about filling positions on certain teams. The recruiter will call you once and you can return their call 100 times it does not matter you will not get the return call. Makes it seem like they get paid for the client regardless if there is a rep in the area of service or not. This is my opinion of this company after close to 8 years of service not continued at this point and yes i left on my own. Like others on here have said poor management little to no incentive to stay and zero raises.

I worked for Crossmark years ago when I lived in Florida. Started at Sam's in Buford GA. Supervisor lied on termination papers. I didn't quit voluntarily. She fired me. I have taken every avenue to get paid to no avail.

I work full time on a travel team, and have worked for a local team in the past. I've been with CM for 2 years and I haven't had any of the issues that other reviewers have mentioned. I don't have any issue getting paid for my drive time and mileage. I get it on my paycheck along with the hours worked for the specific location. I've only seen people get let go for being late and/or leaving early too much (aka missing too much work!). There is a percentage that must be met each month and you do get warned. And they are pretty lenient i think. This percentage starts over every 30 days. All you have to do to keep your job is show up on time and work!! I also worked alongside CM employees for 3 years prior as an independent merchandiser, and I never heard anything bad. Of course, people always wish they were paid more at any job. And honestly that's why it took me 3 years to finally go with CM I was making more independently, but now I have a position that pays well and I love my job. CM has many different positions they hire for as many retailers use them for their merchandising needs. Some of the procedures you follow as an employee will come from the retailer you are working for. There is definitely a variety of work, even providing the food samples at sams club (as a reviewer had mentioned). Myself, I prefer performing resets and there seems to be various openings whenever I take a peek at the job listings. And if you can travel, go for a travel team. The pay is worth it. They also put us in nice hotels. My team stays at holiday inn most of the time. My point is don't let a bunch of angry ex-employees scare you. Only they truly know why they were let go, and it seems a commonality that no one shared the reason they were given as to why they were being terminated, but say CM was unethical and didn't provide a bonus. Trust me, if there was something shady that involved 20+ employees, CM wouldn't have gotten away with it. Common sense can tell you that much. One more thing, I can't speak for past supervisors I've had (but they've been with the company for a while, so they must be happy), but my current supervisor jokes theres no promotion for us as a supervisor in our dept because he's not going no where. He jokes but he is dead serious. He obviously loves his job. Disgruntled employees/former employees are always quick to write negative reviews. Happy people don't even think about it. I didn't intend to write this review, I just happened to click on something that brought me here and seeing the bad reviews made me want to write something. So just remember that happy people generally just don't say anything. Crossmark has A LOT of employees ALL OVER THE COUNTRY... TX is just the main/corporate office.

This company does everything from marketing to sales solutions a leading inventory specialist and about everything in-between. The parent company is WIS International.
I'm not sure there are raises, in general, unless you get promoted to a Lead position.
You should probably submit your question directly to Crossmark. Send IT an email or give them a call. This is just for people who google search and have questions about the company. And these questions are answered by other Google users, like myself, that are familiar with the company.

Avoid this company at all cost! Unprofessional and everything else that follows.
It department sucks. They now require you to be tracked on your phone also. You have to sign a waiver in order to be hired.
