I miss Jack. I've gone to Burger House every time I've been in Dallas and felt like Jack was still grilling the burgers for me. Except this time. The cheese wasn't quite melted as before. The patty didn't seem to fit the bun as well. The fries were just a little different. I'm not exactly sure, but something was different. Maybe Jack finally left.. It was still good. And I'll still go there next time I'm in town. But I'm going to be a little bit worried.
