Very fast and efficient way to dump off some things you didn't want to have anymore! They took my old mattresses! I know they changed the rules in last couple years about household waste some of it has to go out to Melissa!

Opens after I go to work; closes before I get off. Not sure what my water bill has to do with it since they don’t look at anything and just punch a hole in it. For some reason, a driver’s license doesn’t work. I don’t understand the connection. BE CAREFUL…if one grabs the wrong water bill from your folder at home, you get to drive all the way across town through Plano’s un-timed stoplights again with your junk to get last month’s water bill. It’s the only one that’s looked at, but not cross-checked against anything else. Baffling.

The check in lady was courteous and efficient. She answered all my questions. TV's are acceptable to drop off. The entire staff is quick, courteous and efficient.

I live across the street but I am more comfortable going to the one in Plano Parkway in Coit. The way they operates is just wrong you could sit in your car for an hour and a half and car is barely moving. It’s obvious this place is all about making money. Ever since they change the company it’s been a nightmare.

As a Frisco resident I had to show my water bill and they held my driver license / debit card till I weighed out.
Yes... With ID and water bill as proof of residence
Call them. I do not work there.
I would think so, just make sure that it is stuff they accept at the transfer station!
Yes you can. They will probably instruct you to dump them at the "Texas Pure Products" it's in the same place same entrance just a different company.
Any construction materials need to be dumped at the Melissa TX landfill. Also expect to pay about $65 for less than 1 ton. More than $65 if it's more than 1 ton.
No construction materials at this transfer station. You have to take it to the landfill in Melissa TX.
Yes, with your water bill to provide proof of residence.
Correct unless you have over a ton of waste
Yes you can pay
residents in the area Plano, Frisco, Richardson, etc are allowed two free drops a month. I'm not sure what the cost is after that.
I think so...
Old furniture is accepted with water bill and photo ID w/ matching address.
Normally chemicals are not accepted by The Custer Road Transfer Station - they are handled by a Hazardous Household Waste (HHW) program in your area. Contact your local city for details.
Not sure what you could use as replacement for latest water bill. You might want to call them.
Double check on the website if not google should have your answer.. Worst case they will let you they just will charge you..
Yes
Yes they will take it.
No... If you're in McKinney call the city they'll pick it up... Frisco and Plano both have hazardous drop offs elsewhere

Would not take mine. I was told there is a 6 foot long limit.
U can call them
430...gates usually have a close around 410 - 415 though
Yes
Passport and water bill
Twice a month
Nope
They only look at your water bill to verify that it is current and that your address is serviced.
Yes you can bring them to Texas pure we are here at the transfer station
Put on Craigslist or Facebook market place, for free, I am sure someone could use it or repurpose them.
Yes. Depending on where you live, you might need to pay. I would call ahead and see all of the rules. There is one guy who is super anal about everything.
I've seen them dropped off.
